We live in a fast-paced and busy society and often just grab whatever food is quickly available. There's clearly a need for us to plan our meals ahead of time.
These 5 tips will help you do that! Here are the tips:1) Write out the meals you want to eat for that week2) Make a grocery list before you go to the grocery store3) Choose the days of the week you want to cook; schedule this4) Cook in bulk when possible5) Store whole meals in containers to that they're ready when you need them
